Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the OK REPAIR application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the app, including shop owners, technicians, and any authorized staff accessing the app on behalf of a registered business.

2. Eligibility

OK REPAIR is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are operating or managing a registered or unregistered mobile repair shop, service center, or electronics repair business. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are required to provide accurate and complete information during account registration, including your shop name, owner name, and a valid mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at okrepairapps@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. OK REPAIR will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Permitted Use

OK REPAIR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for the purpose of managing your mobile repair shop business. Permitted uses include creating and managing job cards, recording customer details for repair purposes, sending job status SMS notifications to customers, managing spare parts and inventory, generating invoices and credit records, and tracking daily business earnings.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law or regulation.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any part of the app or its source code.
• Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software through the app.
• Impersonating another person or business entity, or providing false registration information.
• Using the app to send unsolicited, spam, or unauthorized communications to customers.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing the app or its features without prior written consent from Shri Ganesh Enterprises.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of OK REPAIR are available only with an active paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are displayed within the app and may be updated from time to time. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Shri Ganesh Enterprises reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 14 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, design, trademarks, logos, and software code comprising the OK REPAIR application are the exclusive intellectual property of Shri Ganesh Enterprises. You are granted a limited license to use the app as described in Section 4 above. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the app or its content without prior written authorization from Shri Ganesh Enterprises. Any unauthorized use of OK REPAIR's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable Indian law.

8. Data Ownership

All customer records, job cards, invoices, and business data that you create within OK REPAIR remain your property. Shri Ganesh Enterprises does not claim ownership of your business data. However, by using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the app's features and services to you.

9. SMS Communications

OK REPAIR uses your registered mobile number to send transactional SMS notifications. These may include account verification messages, subscription confirmations, and system alerts. Customer SMS notifications triggered within the app (such as job status updates) are sent on your behalf using your shop's registered number. You agree that all customer SMS communications comply with TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) guidelines and that you have the customer's implied consent by virtue of accepting their device for repair.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OK REPAIR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Shri Ganesh Enterprises does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, reports, or outputs generated by the app. Your use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shri Ganesh Enterprises shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use OK REPAIR, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from third-party service failures (including Razorpay or SMS API providers). Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with the app shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Shri Ganesh Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, if you are found to be engaged in fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, violation of these Terms of Use, illegal activity, or actions that harm other users or the integrity of the app. Upon termination, your right to access and use the app ceases immediately. Data associated with terminated accounts will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shri Ganesh Enterprises, its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Use, your misuse of the app, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and all related matters are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of OK REPAIR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttara Kannada District, Karnataka, India. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Amendments to Terms

Shri Ganesh Enterprises reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Revised terms will be published on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store listings and will be effective immediately upon publication. For material changes, we will provide at least 7 days advance notice through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the app after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
